Method of Payment

Method of payment: Cash (Euro, US Dollars, Yen), credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), bank or postal transfer. Require 30% of total payment for conformation. The balance is due upon check-in. Visa/MasterCard are all accepted.

Insurance:  Upon check-in, 200 Euro must be deposited for insurance and this will be returned at the end of your stay if nothing has been broken or improperly removed from the residence.

Booking Cancellation: It is prayed to notify the cancellation by e-mail, fax or telephone. Cancellation before 45 days, is Free.
1 month before, 30% of the entire bill, 3 weeeks before 100%.
